Mental Health First Aid Course

Mind Challenge facilitates the Mental Health First Aid course for workplaces and individuals. This course is delivered over 12 hours face-to-face. Mind Challenge currently offer this course as 3 x 4hr workshops.

Course Cost: special offer of $200 per person.

Each year 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness. Many people are not knowledgeable or confident to offer assistance. Physical first aid is accepted and widespread in our community, however most do not cover mental health problems.
